Chef Takeshi Ishizaka and manager Tomo Ishizaka, Japanese husband and wife, started this small Asian Fusion Restaurant in 2011. Since then, SOY Asian Fusion is a one of the locals favourite place to eat in the Mission area in Kelowna.
